About TULIPRINT3D
Our History
This is Samuel ( Shimmy) Tulipan. He IS 27 years old and we live together. We are both, diagnosed as autistic level one, and me, I am level two, we both also have being diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and anxiety.
Samuel is super smart, a 3D modeler computer genius and entrepreneur and owns also a 3D printing business, in Oklahoma, USA. the name of this business is funny:
"TO BE DETERMINED , CRAFTS "
We started our small 3D printing by demand business. The name:"Tuliprint3D" is a combination of our last name,
( Tulipan) +3D.
We work from our home, and we have 2 3D printers in Los Angeles, and also, 3 more 3D printers located in Oklahoma.
what are lithophones?
3D printed lithophanes are done with your own photos of your puppy, or family.
They are made by order, and are 3D printed with SLA plastic filament.
We can make them monochrome, or color-embedded, 3D-the photographs are 3d printed in high resolution, and when illuminated from behind , by varying the plastic's thickness, they act as a 3D topographic map where thin areas are bright and thick areas are dark. There is a sample in the gallery on top.
You email to us any photo, and we will make the LITHOPHANE for you, in full color or just one color. We will give you an estimate for the delivery time and price.
Our Services
We 3D print by demand. You send to us the files, or the photos of what you want us to fabricate, and we will deliver, ( depending of the quantity and complexity) sometimes, in a couple of days, and sometimes in a week or more. 3D printing is a very slow process, most of the 3D prints are finished in or around 10 hours. Depends if the 3D print is just one color or multiple colors.
